There are also other symptoms for treating anxiety which are tension, worry, nausea, tiredness, frequent urination, trembling, sweating, irritability, and muscle tension. Many of the same symptoms can be for either anxiety or depression so it may be difficult for the doctor to diagnose your problem quickly. Some of these symptoms are symptoms of other illnesses too. It is important to get the right diagnosis and then get the right treatment to get you on the road to recovery.

is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain which causes the body to not function as it should. When certain events in your life happen. They trigger the onset of depression or anxiety and you may not be aware of it. If you can do some self help along with the proper medication and/or therapy, you can help yourself even more. You might join a support group of people suffering from the same problems you are. You can go for walks daily, talk to family members and get some help with the chores around the house. If you don't get everything done that needs to be done (dishes, laundry, etc.), it is ok, do not put yourself down because of it. It will be there another day so you can do it then.
